Human Language
You have to follow the law and these Terms to use the Service. You can stop using the Service whenever you want. We can also suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without a reason, if we think you’ve violated the Terms or for other reasons. In serious cases, we can seek court orders (like injunctions) to stop harmful behavior. Some parts of this Agreement continue to apply even after your account is closed or your access ends.
Lawyer Language
Access and use of the Service is expressly conditioned on your compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, contract obligations, and the Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time. You agree that Company may, to the extent feasible, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of any portion of our Service at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. The Company reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to Service. The Agreement will apply until your account has been terminated, whether by you or the Company. Subject to the Survival Section below, upon termination, all rights granted herein, including without limitation the limited license granted above, shall immediately terminate. You also agree that any violation by you of the Agreement will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice that will cause irreparable harm to Company for which monetary damages would be inadequate. You consent to Company’ obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that Company deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances, without the need for a bond. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Company may have at law or in equity.
Survival. The following sections shall survive any termination of this Agreement: 1, 5, 6(b), 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 and any other terms that, by their nature, are intended to survive the termination of this Agreement.
Human Language
If someone brings a claim against us because of your actions or your use of the Service (including your content), you agree to step in and cover our costs. That includes legal fees, settlements, judgments, and other expenses connected to those claims.
Lawyer Language
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and its and their respective directors, officers, partners, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel and court costs), judgments, settlements, and penalties of every kind arising from or relating to any violation of this agreement and any activity related to your use of the Service, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SERVICE OR THE USER GENERATED CONTENT.
Human Language
If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on the Service without permission, you can send us a notice. Your notice has to include specific information (like your contact details, what was infringed, where it appears, and certain legal statements), so we can review and respond under U.S. copyright law.
Lawyer Language
If you believe a work protected by a U.S. copyright you own has been posted on the Service without authorization, you may notify our copyright agent, and provide the following information to us:
a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
